Partybus.tv Member Agreement:
Cancellation must be made via email, 20 days before event date for a refund less 50% of amount charged . If cancellation is not made 20 days before event date the entire charge is kept. We do let members receive a rain check if the canceled event doesn't cause us to lose business from having to tell other members we were booked because of your event. If you receive a rain check you need to pay a $100.00 cancellation fee to rebook plus any cost increase. No refunds will be given on rain checks because you lost it on the first booking no matter what.The rain check is good for 1 year from the event date and can not be used on Saturday nights even if the orginal booking was for a Saturday night.
If you want to keep the partybus so only your group can use it through out the event there is a $100.00 additional charge.Other wise we can move another group while your not in it. This keeps the costs down.
A $100.00 (cash only) damage deposit must be given to the driver when the partybus arrives for pick-up, including food payment of $25.00 if your going to eat on bus, ensuring the group knows not to damage the partybus.
You need to go to the Washington State Liquor store and get a banquet permit for $10.00. This will allow groups to drink on the bus. If you don't have one you will not be allowed to drink on the bus.And if you do drink the driver will keep the damage deposit and will not return the group.Please:. Do not take drinks off the bus. Put Your name and our name and mailing address on the permit Partybus.tv 123 Main st. Duvall WA. 98019 No Kegs !!!!! No Kegs !!!!!! Do not bring a keg of beer to the bus you just wasted your money. Bottles and cans , Hard alcohol is fine.
If someone throws up in the partybus this $100.00 is kept and another $100.00 must be given to the driver for the partybus to continue. If the deposit is not enough to cover any damages you are in agreement with partybus.tv . allowing us to charge the amount necessary to cover the damage caused by you and any member you allow on the partybus.
If anyone gets in a fight whether in a club, bar, restaurant, etc. the bus can leave the group where they are and return to our lot, thus ending your event night.Again if anyone gets in a fight in the bus out of the bus or in the bar the night is over damage deposit is lost and the entire group doesn't get a ride from there, the night is over right there. The night is over and the damage deposit is kept by us as is the entire fee and tip. When the Partybus shows up to a place of business we have to maintain our reputation of a fun, good group for their business. We do not want you to hurt our club reputation.
The Partybus doesn't sit outside while you're in a destination, it leaves and when you get off the bus you and the driver will decide what time you want to be picked up to go to the next place. No one can enter the bus or sit on the bus when the group is off the bus. You drank too much get a cab home !!!!!!!!!!! There are several reasons for this.
1. We do not want anyone trying to sit on the bus and drink separating themselves from the group. This rule eliminates the need for the damage deposit which includes getting sick to a certain point and is why we have recently changed our policy. The drivers are there to accommodate the group, not to baby sit a drunk. We will advise them and the rest of the group to get them a cab home for the night.
We require an itinerary to be received via e-mailed 3 days before the event date.Form # 5.You should send in a tentatives itinerary when booking to go over any over laps in schedules. You are allowed 3 stops for the itinerary not including the pick up and drop off. Additional stops will have additional charges If we don't receive it 3 days befor the event we reserve the right to forfeit the event and keep all funds collected. In the itinerary we require the event date, pick-up address, address of stops,phone #'s and an exact list of stops throughout the night. One person will try and get everyone in the group to vote and change your event and go where they think your event should go. We will stand behind your plans and let them know we are not going to do anything other than what is on the itinerary and next time they can plan there own event..You agree to keep to the itinerary and what it shows were doing is only what we have to do. Even though were offer the bus from 7:00 pm to 3:00 am it doesn't mean you can change the itinerary to go past the times you have put on the itinerary you have written. We will not drive around for a while unless it's on the itinerary and we will charge more for it. So think it out and don't ask to change it please.
One person is the spokesperson and communicates with the driver and no one else to minimize confusion. The driver will tell people to continue to go through you to talk to the driver. This way your familiar with the event rules. The driver can't explain the rules on an individual basis to everyone while they are driving. If one person is a problem you are in agreement with Partybus.tv that the driver reserves the right to request such individuals remove themselves from the bus. If anyone refuses to remove themselves we reserve the right to cancel the rest of the event/night with no refund.
Any group that wishes to bring any type of food on the bus requires a $25.00 non-refundable cash payment given to the driver upon pick-up (Drinks are not considered food). Jello shots are.
If we receive your itinerary and feel the mileage and usage is excessive we may require an additional fuel charge .To prevent this and over laps in schedules send in a tentive itinerary when booking.
We collect 20% of the total event cost as a minimum tip up front so that all expenses are handled before the event and the rest of the night is reserved for having fun. The drivers are members who volunteer to drive to get other members out and back safely and only receive the tip for there time. For this reason we collect the min. tip up front by charging their percentage when booking the event. This way if a diver has to correct someone during the night it won't effect there min. tip. If a driver is good and you want them to drive for you again you should tip additional at nights end.
We offer a joint cover charge for up to 3 night clubs in the greater Seattle area for only $10.00 more per person. Considering that most clubs cost that just for the first visit we give you the opportunity to visit enough to keep the group hopping all night. The clubs names will be disclosed after you have made your reservation and are not the pioneer square clubs. Also consider that if you go to any of our sponsored clubs we collect the $10.00 joint cover charge regardless. No matter if you know the Owner , Bartender. Doorman. You can go to other clubs not only our sponsored clubs. You agree that if a club for any reason won't let you in you don't get a refund from us. Clubs change promoters, owners, door men and there policies change all the time and don't always tell us. They may not let your group in with out paying an additional cover. Have a back up plan if this happens. Either pay the additional cover or pick the next club on your list to go to. Put clubs on the list you may or may not go to. You can skip over them . With the partybus and our sponsored clubs you never have to wait in line. Some clubs want you there at a special time to get in on our joint cover. They will charge you if you don't get there on time.

Minor members groups who bring alcoholic beverages on the bus will not be let back on the bus.No one fron the group can get back on. Parents will have to come pick up the kids. Loose there alcohol and the damage deposit. The night is over. No refund . School officials are invited into the partybus when entering school property. High School dances we offer to pick up the group take them to pictures at the school or dance prior to the start, then dinner then to the dance and then back to pick up after the dance.This is the only place we will make a stop for pictures. We don't offer the 8 hrs for $680.00. Only as described.
After clicking the next button we will email you the password to go to the events planning webpage where you can plan out and submit a copy of the events itinerary to us. (this page includes the club list and event restrictions).
We suggest you have as many of the new members read this agreement as possible. Via E-mail or print them out and give them a copy before the event.
You must have filled out a membership then as a member can collect the fees from the new members and then call the club to get the funds to us. Each member must pay there own way. You as a member can collect it for the club.
Weather conditions are not reasons for cancellations. We may not be able to get up the residential street and may need you to walk to the closest main street to be picked up and dropped off. Some groups will be able to change the date but no refunds will be allowed.The date you want has to have openings or you will need to pick another Saturday nights are not give even if that is the date of the orginal date.
