Partybus.tv is a not-for-profit club. The drivers make no pay. They do receive tips. We all volunteer to drive to keep people from drinking and driving. It is our community service giving back to the community. Were a club because we want close friends who are going out for a celebration to have a option other than driving and as a club we feel we offer that.
We found these simple common sense guide lines keep the" rowdy get drunk and don't give a dam "from planning events with us. We are a reasonable fun group and if you are the same please feel free to use us . It won't be the last time as we now have 8 event vehicles because our membership keeps getting bigger and reusing us over and over.
We have several ways to keep the club events as affordable as possible. Whether it's within the city or driving to Canada, we will exhaust every possible way to keep cost down. A lot of the time when the Partybus isn't being used by your member event we will try and schedule other member events to be moved to keep the cost down. Most events cost about $25.00 to $45.00,per member depending on where we're going and how many attend.
There could be a fuel charge and additional min tip charge if your pick up is south of Renton or north of Marysville. Let us know where the pick up is and where your headed ahead of time . We will price it out so you know the entire charge at time of booking.
The general cost is $85.00 to $105.00 per hour: 8 hr min at $85.00 or 4 hr at $120.00.
Shorter times can be done but are $220.00 for the first hour. The cost is for 30 members. Additional cost of $100.00 to 40 and so on. If you need a Partybus for an entire evening, we leave the Eastside 1 hr before the pick up time.. High School dances we only offer to pick up the group take them to pictures then to dinner then to the dance and then back to pick up. There is no 8Hrs for $680.00 only as described.
You can use the 8 hrs earlier in the evening just not go past 3:00 am . We don't come and sit while you're waiting for the members to arrive.
You agree the bus can leave 15 min's after the arrival time we don't care what time you pick only that we can leave 15 min's after it, . You can have the partybus until 3:00am for a flat rate of $680.00. Whatever is on your planned itinerary is what we're doing for the night. You cannot change it, other than skipping a stop. You cannot add additional stops or driving time to your event once you're in the bus.
We are not a limo company or a charter bus co. Were a private club which only members can attend.
Seattle to Canada runs about $980.00 for a drop off one way. For an evening returning the same night runs $1080.00. This is a drop off not running you around bar hopping . If it's an over night you are required to supply the driver a room and that's it.
Add 20% min tip to all costs. The min. tip is charged when a event reservation is made and event costs are charged.

Sporting Events
We can take the entire group to the big game. We have the best tailgate party out there! Our 6' Smoker BBQ which is mounted on skies and slides right where needed to get the food started. 1/4 lb. hamburgers, the orginal Kingdogs even Salmon, all cooked to perfection. From Football, Baseball, Basketball, Hockey or a day at your favorite Ski Resort both in and out of town.
Wedding Parties
There is no better way to get the Families out to the rehearsal dinner. From the hotel to the wedding and/or to the reception and back. With our perimeter seating everyone can visit and get to know each other while on the way. No one else can offer this for as many passengers as we can.

Night Clubs
You don't have to wait in lines at the Northwest Premier night clubs. If you want . We have a joint cover charge of $10.00 additional to the event cost and we will take you to as many as 3 in one night. This is not pioneer square . We will give you the names of the clubs after you have reserved your event with us. Any group that goes to any of our clubs pays us the cover charge no matter what. The reason is: we advertise for our clubs to our members and have set up this special promotion. Some clubs we have can change the agreement with us without telling us ahead of time. For this reason you should have back up ones listed on the list. We don't guarantee every club to you. Some change promoters , staff changes things happen. So if a club is not going to let the group in without paying additional cover, have a plan to pay it or go to one of our other clubs. You don't have to go to just our clubs you can go to ones that are not on our list. You cannot contact our clubs and make your own deals. We collect the joint cover no matter what. It doesn't matter if your buddy knows the owner , bartender, door man, it doesn't matter. You don't have to go to our clubs you can go to your clubs.
Concerts
There is no better way for a group to go to any concert. Let your hair down, bring your own tunes, fill the ice chest, and we're off to:. The Gorge, Portland, Tacoma Dome, Key Arena, Waterfront etc. Dance, drink, move around, whatever, it's OK!
Birthdays
I don't know of a better way to throw a surprise party than with us! Put all the family and friends in the partybus and pull up to the birthday person's house and surprise! With the exterior disco lighting going and the music up loud, we're ready for anything.
